Serene Synthesis is led by Shireen Khan, Founder and Lead Corporate Trainer, who brings over a decade of corporate experience working in sales, leadership, and client-facing roles across multiple industries.
Shireen holds an MBA and has built her professional career within corporate environments including advertising, information services, retail, institutional sales, and corporate sales, providing her with a broad understanding of how organizations operate and how performance challenges emerge across teams.
Her experience spans roles that required direct engagement with customers, managing business relationships, supporting revenue growth, and navigating the operational realities of competitive markets.
Alongside her corporate background, Shireen has pursued advanced professional training in coaching and performance development. She is certified through iPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching), an internationally recognized coaching institution.
